Right, i have always done flat bench presses along with either flyes or incline flyes. Do you think switching to incline press would give me better results due to change and keeping the muslce guessing??

And im gonna poll it just to see what you guys do.
 
Changing your routine up is always a good idea. When you say you always do flat bench presses with incline flys do you really mean ALWAYS. If so, deffiantly switch it up to help shock the muscle a little.
 
I would switch (maybe) to incline barbell presses for a week or two...or maybe three...and always do flat barbell presses afterwards (lighter than normal). Couldn't hurt...as long as you go back to the flat barbell bench press.
