Chest\Bi's & Back\Tri's

amaze

New member
Hi,

I am going to swap my routine around, just to keep my body guessing...

At the moment i do:

MON: chest\tris

TUE: back\bis

I want to swap to this:

MON: chest\bis
TUE: back\tris

Would this be overtraining my bi's as i suppose i would be hitting them on the back workout?

cheers

Your back Is a big group, If you toast your bi's
the day b-4 you won't get the best possible back workout

Try this for a change

Chest/Back first day (from the Arnold Book)
Bi's/Tri's second day (finishing them off)

It's a good Idea to keep your body guessing ?

Bro this is my split i've been using for about 6 months now...
day 1 chest/bis/traps
day 2 legs/quads/hams/calves
day 3 back/tris/forearms
day 4 shoulders/traps/calves
day 5 off
repeat...works great for me bro so give it a try you may like it too.

i like to train chest/bis in the beginning of the week, and back/tris in the end. gives my bis time to heal

bro working your bis on a separate day than you work back can be catabolic for your bis, you will be working them too hard, and your back wont get the full benefit due to your bi's already being fatigued

Thanks for all the advice guys, appreciated! :)

I have kept note of all the different training plans, as when i come to change it again i will prob go for one of the new ones...

This what i am gonna do for 4wks, until i go to a 4 day split when i start my next cycle...

day 1: chest\legs
day 2: back\bi's
day 3: off
day 4: shoulders\tris\traps

cheers :)
