ive been training on off a while, just bak in2 it but have always developed my arms well b4 chest, and legs for that matter.
i do 3 exercises per body part and do each part once a week:
chest and abs
back and legs
rest
bi and tri's
shoulders and abs
rest
rest
this is my weekly routine. for my chest i do flat bench dcline dench and flyes but dont get far. any suggestions to maybe shock my chest and get some b etter gains would be appreciated?? thanks
