Just haven't been really hungry lately. Plus i have been eating badly.
Probably due to the carbs bloating me.
I will try to get 5 in today... five good ones ;)
 
treadmill 35 min. incline 5-13 (upped and lowered periodically) on empty stomach.
m 1: 1 egg + 2 whites, 28 oz water, 1000 mg l-glut, 1 glucorell
m2: 1/2 c. oats, 1/4 c. blueberries, 8 oz water
:) total= 280 cals, fat=28% carbs= 44% protein=29%

Yep it's me and thanks for the compliment, although i don't deserve it :rolleyes: You are sweet!

I am really trying today~ Darn those nights, they are the hardest for me for some reason.

meal 3: 1/2 c. 1% cott.cheese
 
Cher...kind of confused when reading your log. So you have already ate three times since you've been up and so far that only adds up to around 360 cals?????
What are your goals?
Sorry to be nosy but I was just wondering for my own knowledge. (I love how learning becomes fun when you get older and OUT of school-LOL)

meal 4: roast w/ veggies (peppers,tomatoes,onions, salsa)
snack: 1 rice cake w/nat.pnt btr.+ 1/2 rice cake plain.
meal 5: salad (premade mix) added cherry tomatoes about 5, lite ranch..1/2 tbs or so, very little, 1 tsp. natty p.btr.
No cheats thus far!!Praise the Lord! :heart:
Under an extreme amount of stress today too...EXTREME! :evil:

Jenscats, thanx for the tip about the tomatoes and almonds on the cottage cheese. Man, that sure sounds good..alot more palatable i'm sure. Can't wait to try it :p
 
meal 6: can albacore, 1 tbs or so of lite mayo, mustard, 2 triscuit l/f, and 4 w.w. ritz, h20
feeling really sick tonight.. weak and achey and my tummy feels like someone is sitting on it and makes if more difficult to breath, plus i'm nauseous.
Thought maybe i needed to eat...who knows!! :(

meal 4: cheese pizza (verrrry bad choice)about 3 tiny little squares, diet soda
snack: triscuits
 
Today
35 min treadmill before breakfast, 12 oz h20, 1000 l glutamine
m1: 1 egg + 2whites scrambled in pam, suisse mocha coffee s/f.
m2: protein pancake, glass h20

Cher honey, you are not eating enough to feed your body for the training you are doing... what's up girl? Things ok?
 
Yeah everything is ok!! I really didn't eat much last night, then i ate some chips ahoy.
I have been extremely busy preparing for a family vacation and will continue to be until we leave . It is sorta overwhelming and we're gonna be gone for quite a few days.
Florida here we come ;)

m4: natty pnt btr, about 1 tsp plain..+ a little on a triscuit :p water
