Yeah, Monday is international chest day. I always change up my workouts. It's funny when you go in on Mondays and all the benchs are taken. Everyone showing off. Then I do the unthinkable.....Legs. I'll do Sqauts, which 90% of them never do. And yes, I go parallel or even further. Booyah
No offense to the non-leg workout people.
