usually when i go into the gym i tend to try to lift weights that are really to heavy for me, and because of that i lose the form. For the past couple days, i've cut the weight a little and had strict form with slow reps. My pump was unreal while doing this. When juicing should high weights be used even if good form and concentration is lost?

It's amazing what some steroids do to one. My training partner is really pushy guy, "bully" how some would call him. When I'm off, I don't care how he motivates me, I just do what I can.
When I'm on, sometimes, he can push me as far, as adding 45's on each end of the bar, or going from 60lb dumbells to 80lbs. The craziest part is, it workes, I'm able to lift those new weights.
The bottom line is, that you can push yourself much further while on, and often, you don't even realise, how far. Be careful, though, that's how injury happens...

I always try to keep good form... sometimes if I'm trying to go heavy on my last set, I'll lose a little form... but to me, I don't want to get injured by arching my back, or jerking my shoulders too damn much... injury just ain't worth it... take it from expierence.

I wouldnt recommend throwing DB's up that are 20 pounds over your max. This is wear pulled muscles and strained ligaments come into play.

I have a great spotter and I learned over the years to control myself. I agree, if one can't he shouldn't go for a way too heavy...

Never use shitty form it only leads to injury. Going heavy means lifting heavy in at least fairly good form.:)
