OK, this is my situation. I'm trying to lose weight and am currently taking yohimburn, its only my third day so... I want to make sure i'm eating right
9am- 1 packet instant oatmeal/blueberries- 5 egg whites-one yolk
11am- workout
12:30- metrx post workout shake 1 tsp honey, 1 bannana with water
3pm- tuna or grilled chicken salad w/ olive oil & vinegar
6pm- chicken with small baked potatoe
I then work from 6:30 to 10:00
10:15- metrx with water....

I'm starting to notice to be a little more leaner.. I'd really like some veins to start popping out.....

any suggestions appreciated
