The past two days have been the start of my ultra strict cutting diet which does include am cardio 3 mornings a week for 45minutes.
Day 1's Breakdowns:
Total Calories 1818.75
Calories from Protien: 1066 or 266.5g
Calories from Fat: 564.75 or 62.75g
Calories from Carbs: 188 or 47g
Ratio: .59 : .31 : .10
Day 2's Breakdowns:
Total Calories 1986.25
Calories from Protien: 1202 or 300.5g
Calories from Fat: 596.25 or 66.25g
Calories from Carbs: 188 or 47g
Ratio: .61 : .30 : .9
How is this looking so far. I am doing my am cardio 3 x week along with taking the full does of xenadrine everyday. I also get well over a gallon of water too!
I am currently 6' 200lbs with a bodyfat at 10%. I plan to continue this through august. How do you think my results will turn out?
