Guys I hate to dl,squat,bench....why.....because theyre hard.The hard exercises are the ones that are gonna make me grow!I was thinking of doing a routine that involves just heavy ass compound movements and maybe a couple sets of very light assistance work.For example:Monday (upperbody) Benchpress 5x5,Hangcleans 5x5,Chins 3 sets to failure.Tuesday(lowerbody)Squats 5x5,Lunges with 135 on back to failure (1 set).
Now I need some advice for thursday and fridays workouts.ANy ideas here?
