Check out this AE half-life profile of various drugs

So ur saying, although phenylpropionate has a 9 carbon ester, its half-life is short because propionates is short?

No. I mean what AAS the ester is on.. For instance, test deconate doesn't necesarily have the same half life as deca.

Does anyone know the half life of GAC's parabolan copy? I can't get out the bottle now, the ester isn't exactly Hexanoate, it is a long word that begins H-E-X.

I would like to know how far in advance of clomid therapy I need to stop the GAC parabolan. I was planning to stop it 3 weeks before (at the same time I stop EQ and cyp), and then continue with tren acetate, prop, and winstrol for one more week.

I think para's half isn't that much longer than TA.

the original para was this (Trenbolone Cyclohexylmethylcarbonate) i don't know if GAC's tren has this same ester, maybe your thinking of the hexylmethylcarbonate part in the ester name

Thanks I found the info on meso rx. Here it is for anyone interested:

by Bill Roberts - Parabolan is trenbolone cyclohexylmethylcarbonate. The half-life of a steroid ester is mostly dependent on its ratio of fat solubility to water solubility: the longer chain the ester, the higher this ratio, and the longer the half-life. This particular carbonate could be most closely compared with an enanthate ester; the half-life is probably a little less than week.

An amp (76 mg trenbolone cyclohexylmethylcarbonate) is comparable only to 58 mg of trenbolone acetate. (The acetate is a little more potent, more effective per milligram, because the acetate ester is lighter and therefore a higher percentage of the weight is trenbolone.)

The properties of Parabolan are the same as trenbolone acetate (Finaject) except for longer half life....

all of this is outdated information and there is much inconsitency, Panerai, phenlyprop has ha much longer half life than what you have suggested.

oh Andy, no disrespect to your goodself but please do some reading up on phenlyprop IF and I am not clear here so I state IF you are claiming prop and phenlyprop have a similar half life or just an extra day as oppossed to it being closer to enanthate than prop

19-nortestosterone detection in canine plasma after intramuscular administration of 19-nortestosterone phenylpropionate.

A proven radioimmunoassay method for monitoring 19-nortestosterone (nandrolone) was combined with high pressure chromatographic fractionation on a microparticulate silica gel using 1,2 dichloroethane/ethanol as the mobile phase. Plasma levels of 19-nortestosterone were monitored for seven days after intramuscular administration of nandrolone phenylpropionate (1.5 mg kg-1) to a beagle and a German shepherd dog. After 24 hours the plasma level in both bitches was 20 ng ml-1 and reverted to baseline after the fourth day after injection. Nandrolone was shown to be the only detectable exogenous steroid present in the post injection plasmas and could be distinguished from any potential cross reacting metabolites. The radioimmunoassay method can therefore be applied to the evaluation of nandrolone in the management of canine chronic renal disease in the bitch.

I guess, it gives us two days half life.

All right, that's for dogs.
For humans, in this study:

http://jpet.aspetjournals.org/cgi/content/full/281/1/93#F2

Plasma testosteron concentration returned to the base line by day 13 after PP ester administration, and by day 20 after decanoate ester.
So, that would give us 6 days half life of Phenylpropionate ester, .... I guess...
But, most likely, it is shorter. Don't forget, that it peaks up very fast and then goes down very slowly, so obviously, released time for half of injected steroid is not the same as half time of duration, it has to be much shorter.

IG, I think Andy is correct :)
