I am 6'2 295lbs bodyfat at around 12-15%. To get to 265-270, with low bodyfat, should i keep lifting heavy and diet hard with cardio, or More cardio and light weights. My cycle is still Deca and Primo 300-400mgs a week.





P.s. can get winny, can i ad to cycle ?
 
IM MY OPINION, DONT GO LIGHTER WEIGHTS, KEEP THE REPS AROUND 10 PER SET, AND STAY HEAVY. KEEP A CLEAN LOW CAL DIET, WITH PLENTY OF CARDIO AND YOU SHOULD DO GREAT.
