check my cycle!!!

stats 6"3" 205 -college football player looking to add 10 pounds and keep my speed.

week 1-8 250 mg test cypionate
week 1-6 40 mg t-bol

PCT
nolvadex 60mg first week
nolvadex 40 mg for two weeks

???? I retain water easily should I take some to keep my water down?

???? I got shut down from a six week var cycle. With that being said will this pct suffice?
 
Bro..if you can run on the T-Bol....you're a better man then me. Taking 250mg a week of Test won't yield many gains. Do 400-500mg and see if you can score some winny or var! :Chef:
 
run the test for 10 weeks and might want to up that to 500mg/wk

also, if you shut down like that with var, i would advise you to get some HCG to keep the "boys" working
 
run l-dex @ .5mg eod...that will be plenty to keep the bloat off (that is how much I run when I run test @ 500mg/wk so you may be able to get away with a little less)

I would personally go 10 wks with the test. I always use clomid for pct so I cant say if you are running enough nolva

Yo chef...u cant run on T-bol??? How much did you run?? I am running 40mg/ed and I am faster than fuck right now!
 
Up the test to 500mgs a week, up the weeks to 10 weeks, keep the tbol and if bloat eaily add some adex (.5mgs EOD), Nolva looks good....may want to invest in HCG for PCT as well.

I agree with sword. Up the test to at least 500 mgs/wk and extend the cycle to 10 weeks. I would use 1 mg/day of arimidex if you are prone to water retention.
 
Mak: I got nuttin but respect for u and sword but I think that he is pretty slim @ 6'3 205 and he only wants to put on 10lb. I think 250 mg of test and 280 mg of T-bol per wk is plenty to achieve that goal with his build. If he bumps his test I think he is likely to put on too much weight and cost him some speed.

I understand your point bro, however 250 mgs/wk will do nothing but shut him down. It will replace his natural test levels, but not enough to cause significant growth over 8-10 weeks. If he were to use it for 6 months, then yeah it would cause a noticeable amount of growth. Obviously he's not going to do that, hence the need for higher levels of androgens. In 10 weeks he can put on 10 lbs, assuming proper diet and training, with 500 mgs/wk. I would even recommend 750 mgs/wk, but water is an issue with him. I don't think most people realize how much 10 lbs. of actual muscle is. It's a lot.

Hells no!!! I did 50mg and 75mg everyday for 4 weks different cycles. That shit wasn't as bad as D-Bol on lower back pumps...but it was pretty bad! :Chef:
 
I agree with Mak, in his case he may be slim but holds water really easily...he may surpass the "weight" (or water) requirment he is looking for if he bumps like we recommended but that doesnt mean he passed the "muscle mass requirment" he was looking for...but nothing is like PCT...just cause you gained 15lbs (remember we are talking about weight, not muscle at this point...7 of those 15lbs can be all water retention, especially from the tbol) while on..when your off and done with PCT then its the true measure of how much you actually gained....plus im sure he wouldnt mine an extra pound or two of muscle ..

OK Bro I got my cycle down but I am really confused on the pct. I have heard HCG, Nolva, and Clomid. Whats should I do. Also what should I take during the cycle so as not to get shut down and keep water off?

I need to know when to start and how much l-dex to run. Also I get shut down easily what should I run for a pct?
