My apologies it looks like it’s the incorrect channel, when I searched raptor labs a single channel came up in the search. It would have been helpful to know there are imitators out there when reading the availability and pricing profile, but ultimately my fault.

I have been in contact with @Raptor Labs now. Wildly different experience and was sympathetic, much happier Apologies again for the above.

That aside: @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep have been pillars in our Aussie community for a very long time now, with an impeccable record to match! In the future come correct with screen shots and proof - especially when said account was only created the same day as accusations.

Certainly not having a go, but we so many shit labs and scammers around we need to stand up for the guys doing good work

I hear you, for a minute it seemed like after I thought I was doing my due diligence that the whole setup was a scam and I wanted to see the reaction to a post as I had been lurking a while. Well within your rights to question, I’m glad I was because I’ve been set straight which is ultimately what I wanted, the correct lab, done.

That's interesting. Their intro post on here says Threema and I had been in contact on there. Certainly seemed legitimate. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and now communication is hit and miss and no delivery....

Two different things happening here - @HBT7891 has got scammed unfortunately by the person impersonating us. We've spoken and got his proper package on way. I'll put out some more warnings

@Infinity76 sorry for spotty comms. As mentioned in the message, I had just driven out of my carpark and would get back to you when I stopped driving, but I forgot to as I get a lot of messages. All has been resolved my friend

My apologies mate, you are definitely legit! Like I said, it was just the talk of this scammer that got me worried. Worst part for me was, I'm really looking forward to using your gear, all reports on it look
