cheat meals....who has em

does anyone eat cheat meals on friday night.. i always eat pizza and drink beer on fridays... do you think thats bad. it really doesnt effect my workouts at all.. plus i get alot of sleep on sat and sun, and eat 3-4 heavy meals... mostly pasta and steak..

were italian so if i dont eat pizza my family will prolly disown me...HAHA j/k..

what about u guys?
 
i have my cheat meal every Saturday. That's the only day I eat pasta and I usually have a couple of beers. You know what's funny though, I usually don't even finish the whole meal, it's just the whole idea that I'm giving myself a treat that works for me.
The only time I absolutely never cheat is if I'm dietting down for something, then I'm extremely strict with myself.
 
according to a lot of beach bodies, i eat a lot of crap.

every meal of mine could be considered a cheat meal, but i think i eat fairly clean. (rice, potatoes, pizza, venison, milk, cheeseburgers)
 
Cheat meal? Really depends on what you mean by that. I make my own hamburgers nearly every day, pretty lean serloin burger though, I add some olive oil and spices into the mix for essential fats. I would say its a good source of protein. Cheating imo is ice cream and cake, maybe pizza and cokes. Beer isn't as bad as cokes imo because cokes have that high fructose corn syrup and caffine...then again alcohol also dehydrates in its own way.

It really depends on if I am bulking or cutting. If cutting I still eat the cheat meals but only after every 3 days of low cal/fat eating.
 
im bulking right now, i think i cheat about once a day, but a for real cheat meal would be going to ryans on all you can eat steak and shrimp night once a week on friday nights
 
cheat meals are great, i go into jack in the box and order four chicken sandwiches and whats great about it is i know even though im eating crap food, ill never look like the slob behind me in line that eats it every day:)
 
Of 4300 cals a day I make sure 80 percent is good food, the other 20 percent and whatever I eat above and beyond 4300 I alott to cheat food, bulking is supposed to be fun right? Cutting is a different story, 1 cheat meal every 2 weeks, maybe...even then I feel guilty.
 
my whole diet is a cheat meal :p

nah, i'm cutting right now. i will normally have 1 or 2 cheat meals a week. they normally come before a leg or back workout. i can't do legs with out fuel.
 
I usually have one cheat day per week, however I am strict the other 6 days. On the 7th day, I eat like I am bulking, and even worse. LOL, then I hit the gym on Monday strong and hard, and usually lost a lb over the weekend.

I dont think I could cut w/o them.
