How much calories do you consume? And what kind of food do you gorge on?
My diet is clean but Sundays I'm eating everything and anything in sight.
Today I've had a double cheeseburger from In-N-Out plus fries.
For dinner I had a massive amount of Chinese food.
And right now I'm chompin' on some Macadamia cookies.
I'm probably closing in on 4,000 - 4,500 calories before I go to bed.
I'm waking up bright and early tomorrow and will be running/walking 6 miles total on an empty stomach.
For those of you that have cheat days on your diet, what do you usually consume?
