hehe par is realy plugging that leptin diet of his. It sure as hell sounds very interesting i would sure like to see the next issue. When is it coming out par?
the issue of leptin is relatively new in bodybuilding, but based on what we know (or what the experts like Par Deus and Lyle MacDonald know) one would be crazy to not add refeeds into their fat loss diets.....
I have used them with great success.....go to www.avantlabs.com and read Par Deus' words on wisdom on this....
