Haven't been following the r-ALA vs ALA thing lately. What have we agreed? Is r-ALA worth the extra cost? I take it you need less of it to have a similar effect as ALA?

typical dose is 100mg per 30-50g of carbs..



for similar results to the 1.5 to 2g of racemic.. 500-600mg.. 5-6 r-ala (glucorellR) caps
