Its not just you. I haven't been to the chat board, but from the sounds of it, those are not very good chat discussions. I guess that gives me a reason not to visit if the discussion topics are like that.

I love alot of the humor there also and I agree 110% with Corn. and B'mom. There's a few guys there who threads I never pass up reading, mostly all those cornholio mentioned.
It's very hard to hit a happy medium on any chat board as there's always going to be the village idiot waiting to say something stupid.
Unfortunetly one or two very bright people got the wrong idea of elitefitness.com, MAY1010's name come's to mind. I thought he was one very funny guy and very bright to go with it when he tried. He would have been a great asset to e/f.com but the little red devil sitting on his left shoulder ruled his head. Not only could he have been good for e/f.com but an asset to the gay community on our boards if I can call it that.

I have no problem with the administrators of this site to ban anyone. Elitefitness is administered and moderated by alot of very bright and intelligent people which makes it the best sport's and athletics site on the internet.

The guys who do "get it" are a wealth of information and bring well rounded points of view to the table. You got to remember that alot of these women have male significate others that also are interested in how to cycle gear as well. And the women have many questions about this, but fear to tread on the A board.

I used to think that I had seen the chat board sink as low
as it could go with some of the personal attacks on there.
That is, until what happened to smalls.
No matter what someone thinks of her, some of those
posts were just totally uncalled for.

I also think that maybe a rule should be instituted banning
the posting of other members pictures without their permission.
I'm not talking about in avatars, but posting them on the board
for the sole purpose of causing embarrassment.

I personally would like to see it result in immediate
and permanent banishment from elite.

Just my opinion.

Bump for big4life. I think what happened to Smalls is dispicable. Smalls is one of those people who consider e/f.com as a community of her friends and this sort of behaviour hurt her very very deep. I'd have to agree with B4L with everything, weldone.
