Does ne one own, or have information about his books??

i wanted to kno if they were good..and have good routines in them.. or is there ne other boosk worth wile perchasing??

Im very impressed with that he has done to David Boston..not to mention his extra help and freak like genetics....

"The Poliquin Principles" is decent. Good basic intro to some of his ideas and routines. Lots of typos, though. Really, inexcusable considering the book's price. And BIG print. But overall a pretty decent book. From what I've read it's pretty much just his collected articles from Muscle Media. He's probably changed his opinions a bit since the book came out too.

how bout the books the arms race..and trends in modern training? or whatever its called??

Do they reveal ne of the programs or ne thing close to what he prescribes to his athletes??

Ne other good boooks?

I have all 3 books you mentioned. Modern trends is a waste, just go read all the back issues on testosterone.net and you will have that book. There is a little more information in the Arms Race, I'd recommend that. I like Ian Kings books: Get Buffed, Designing Programs(or something like that). I am giong to get Super Training by Mel Sif, that's supposed to be a good one, although a drab read.

ive printed out a few workouts from testasterone...

I have alot of the sports training books.. there decent...

thanx
