Changing up my workouts

For quite a while now I have been training using the tried and true old school method of 2 muscle groups per day ie chest and triceps on Monday, back and buys on tues etc....
I'm getting bored and looking looking to change it up and wanted to know what other methods everyone had success with?

5ft 7in 175 lbs 29 years old. Been training since I was a teenager, been hitting the weights 5 days a week for the past 3 years. Came off 1st test cycle 2 months ago. Next cycle in about a month dependent on lab results. Thanks for all the help
 
Goals.... To bulk with dense muscle. I have a good diet I eat no less than 3000 cal per day.
