My current routine consists of Chest/Tri's on Monday & Thursday
Back/Bi's on Tuesday & Fiday
Legs on Saturday, Cardio 5 days per week( I got stubborn fat that only responds to a lot of cardio)
I do different lifts on each of the day during the week for example, on Monday I do incline lifts such as bench, fly's, curls ect. and on thursday I do flats, bench Pec deck fly's, hammer curls ect.
My upper body resonds well to this split but my legs can only handle on day per week.
I was wnting to try an "ALL COMPOUND LIFT" routine with low sets, mid reps, and heavy weights. I don't want any single muscle lifts such as curls ect.
Any suggestion as to how to put enough into this same split?
