changin diet on cardio days?

Hey I was wondering if I should change my diet on cardio days and not have carbs the meal before I run?? If I did that what should I add in for calories and what is a good pre cardio meal?? Thanks for any help.
 
I do change my diet on cardio days: No PWO shake for me, and my last meal before cardio is basically pure protein (chicken), about 1.5 ~ 2 hours before I start. I haven't had a problem with this so far.
 
I do cardio in the morning before I eat anything.
I drink at least a liter of water and take my vitamins and then eat as normal afterwards.
No pwo shake though. All real food. I cook in bulk now and those cheap ass ziplock sandwichs bags are my best friends.
 
This depends on a lot of factors. The best time to do cardio is in the morning on an empty stomach. If you have to do it at another time, keep the carbs low GI or eliminate them depending on the time of day.
