Change of Pace

I've been lifting hard and heavy for years now and i'm about to change it up. i want to slim down and just get cut up a bit. I was wondering if anyone thought I could do this without weights (and still not loose all my strength- i obviously know i will lose some)...i.e. just using cardio, diet and pushups, pullups, sit ups and other exercises of the such....thoughts please.

You need weight training to keep your strength, also weight training is a great way to burn fat.

Definitely need to keep hitting the weights bro. I've done just what you're thinking of doing in the past and you lose "ALOT" of muscle in the process. You need the intensity of the lifting to keep your muscle size and strength up otherwise it WILL fade away almost guaranteed.
