It's not as cool as I thought it was going to be --for instance, instead of toggling Bluetooth on and off it has two separate checkboxes, one ON and one OFF. That is brain-damaged. And it's buried about three levels down in the Settings menu, but you can reassign the buttons (like change AIM to BLUETOOTH) to make it a little better.
Camera's no better than my V330 was, which is not very good. Battery fit was a little sloppy on mine and it kept telling me to check the SIM -- that is not good. But it doesn't lose the contents when you pull the battery, so that means the memory is non-volatile. Makes it slower but much safer.
Still not sure if it's even possible to turn on Bluetooth while in a call, which makes the headset kinda useless for received calls. There's no headset mini-plug, so a wired headset isn't even an option. But the cable is a standard USB mini, so that's a little easier to find than the weird-ass cables my older Moto phones used. If you're willing to spring for the Mobile Phone Tools package you can fill up the address book almost as easily as doing a hotsync with a Palm. (Almost. Nobody nails it the way Palm did.)
You don't have to have the software just to put ringtones onto it or get pics off of it, if you have a Bluetooth PC or Mac -- just make it a Bluetooth place and drag and drop stuff. ("Browse device" if you're using a Mac.)
Bottom line, I suspect there are better phones out there. I just like flip phones more than candy bar phones.
