Has anyone been watching VH1's Celebrity Fit Club? I was watching it a few weeks ago and was really surprise to see Tiffany (pop-singer from the 80's) on the show. Apparently, she just came out with a new album on June 5th, titled, “Just Me.” I'm curious to see how her new album is. I saw a few episodes of that show and I found it to be pathetic.

All of those fat loss shows are sad. I dont know what is more shocking:

1 - How little people know about proper nutrition, basic metabolism and exercise.

or

2 - How much IMPROPER information is furnished by *experts* to help *educate* the clueless.
