After taking it during my two off days (carb up on CkD), I measured my calf and my arm after the carb up (because they looked larger than normal) because my eyes were playing tricks on me. It was cool because my calf and arm finally cleared 17"! I had a great workout yesterday too, so im guess this stuff works really well. Its a nice cheap method and doesnt require loading or anything. just sharing my experience
