Minor disclaimer: I think I saw a thread with this in the title before, so this may have already been discussed ad naseum, my bad if it has been...
I came home from the gym this morning and caught the p90x infomercial on Spike before I hit the shower...
This system may be a bunch of crap or not, but hands down the infomercial is extremely well produced.
All the guys have way too little mass, almost somolian like. It seems basically a good shredding routine moreso than mass building... but the results if half true were pretty staggering.
I'm wondering if anyone has thought of incorporating the yoga, plyometrics, karate, bodyweight work into a 5x5 type strength routine on off days?
