Stats? I dont know..I don't care! All I know is that I'm 5' 9" and weighed in at 195lbs this past Thursday. But today...I'm sure I came in at probably around 185lbs.
I think these pics came out very lousy. Even my wife told me that I looked like total shit today. As of yesterday she would not stop saying..." you look small! ". You lost a lot of definition. You lost all your veins blah blah blah.
I told her...well babe. Needsize told me to eliminate sodium and water. And that i will look extra leaned out and ripped and vascular. But oh well! I guess what works for Need didn't work for me. But I'm just glad that Needsize took his precious time to help me. I appreciate that a lot.
I was looking WAY more leaner and vascular and def. had more size on Thursday. But then again..I do drink 2 gallons of water per day. Friday is when I went down to 2 litres of water. And yester day 1 litre of water. And all this backfired on me. I lost a lot!
Trial and error is sometimes the ONLY way to learn. And I learned the hard way NOT to eliminate water and sodium. But instead keep drinking water until I explode! LOL This is what makes me look bigger and def. more vascular and leaner.
