Carry over lifts?

What do you all think is the best carry over lifts you do for other physical activities? I know some of you may laugh but for me so far it has been dumbell row and bench press. Ive been able to use what ive gained in those two in judo to push people where i want and pull people in situations....What about u all
 
Deadlifts and grip work really help moving heavy ass cabinets and safes - that's what I did this weekend. And bench and squat helped when I had to push the damn things into position.
 
I can't believ no one said flipping a tire for core strength and leg drive. OHP for upper shouler strength and tri \strength and core. Full squats and gm's. Barbell rows for pulling
