Anyone wish to help me out with washing instructions for my Inzer Hardcore? Please...it needs washing dearly

Cold gentle cycle or hand wash and hang dry or low heat tumble dry.

What if I want to shrink my suit? It is a hand-me-down from a very very large man.

I know people that wash and dry in hot to shrink up gear. Doing that beats them up and might effect the integrity of the garment, but like I said I know people that do it with no problems.
