I had a question on cardio training. I was told the best times for cardio is in the early morning and after weight training. I usually do mine after weight training ,but my question is this I drink my protein shake after lifting and the do cardio. Would this mess up my protein intake because I do hiit training? Or is it something I shouldn't worry about.
 
I'd be more worried about chugging a protein shake and then puking from the HIIT. If that's not a concern, then don't worry about it.
