Cardio...

I normally workout at about 6 am. I know that the best time to do cardio is in the morning on an empty stomach.

Would it be better, as far as burning fat, to do cardio before my workout and then drink my regular protein+oats shake and hit the weights? Or would it be more effective to drink my pre wo shake, hit the weights and then do some cardio?
Working out in the evening isnt an option for me...
