If i'm trying to put on mass should i be doing any cardio? I ask because i tried to gain all last summer and it wasn't happenin... but soon as i stopped cardio my weight started goin up. but it kind of seems like im getting fat now only in the midsection lol is it cuz i'm adding extra shit like baked goods and all of that to add more cals at the end of the night when my stomach is growlin and i just ate 30 minutes ago? will cardio cut down on my gaining over all?
