what are you guys doing for cardio? outside jogging? does jumping rope count? swimming? treadmill/elliptical? which do you find the most effective?
 
Spin class twice a week, cycling when it's nice, run 3-5 miles here and there.

I find running most effective, though after I broke my hip last year I have backed off quite a bit.
 
30 - 45 minutes of LOW intensity cardio upon waking. I drink some BCAA and green tea extract and get on it.
 
i run 3x a week. mon, wed, and friday. on tues. and thurs, go to gym and do bike or elliptical...sp? anyway, just make sure each time is over 30 mins, and pump out some pull-ups or push-ups after. keeps the blood flowing. but, watch out for the shin splints!! that is why i only run 3x a week, it takes a big toll on me
 
Try swimming out. It's pretty friggin good for you on so many levels...My endurance, strength, and most importantly, shape of my muscle tone <especially my back and posture> has improved immensely from just free style lap swimming.
 
when the weather is bad i walk briskly on and incline.

otherwise i am walking/jogging the shit out of my dogs.
