If you cant do cardio right as you wake up in the morning and dont want to do after you workout like around 6 would it be ok to do cardio at like 11 and then lift at 5.

I just finished a bulking cycle of which I put on a good 15 lbs. But I gained a little bit of fat around the waist. I want to lean up now. I workout at 5 and by the time Im done lifting all the cardio machines are taken for a long time. I have a gym at work with really nice cardio machines. I would be doing cardio btwo 11-12 for about 30-40 mins and then lifting at 5. Does anyone else follow a routine like this? If so what results have you seen from it.
my only suggestion is if you are going to be adding cardio 5 times/week and you weren't doing cardio before, work out with weights one day less per week than you were before.
you don't want to be in the gym 7 days/week twice/day, unless you are on steroids of course.
I lift about 5 days a week. I ride my mountain bike on the weekends if the weather is nice so I would most likely be doing cardio all together would be about 5 days a week if anything the worst 6 days.
