after my 2:30 hour long basketball practice and 20 minute lifting routine we go trhough afterwards everyday we also do 20-30 min intense cardio... after that we are encouraged to stay in the gym and do some more extra work, not to mention he wants us to come in at 6am to do some drills...
then he wonders why we lose our preseason games..
oh well its preseason so gotta get in shape
