Cardio

I remember after a big lay off from cardio it really sucks at first! It gets easier every day though, especially with some good music!
 
after my 2:30 hour long basketball practice and 20 minute lifting routine we go trhough afterwards everyday we also do 20-30 min intense cardio... after that we are encouraged to stay in the gym and do some more extra work, not to mention he wants us to come in at 6am to do some drills...
then he wonders why we lose our preseason games..

oh well its preseason so gotta get in shape

That's a hell of a lot to be doing bro, you better up your calories to avoid burning muscle! That is over 3 hours of constant practice!!
 
yea I eat decent ammount of good healthy food after practice and all throughout the day, so about 6 meals.

so far I've lost a lot of fat and I think I didnt lose too much muscle..

this diet im on right now may not be the greatest but it gets a decent job done..

I wonder what would happen if I was on ckd.. prolly die during one of the practices
