Cardio

Today was an off day, I finished all my work and I figured I would be creative.

I picked up my thick bar (made by T3C) and brought it outside to the driveway. I ran back in and grabbed 2 45 plates. This is what I did.

Front Squat Walks
200 feet
200 feet
200 feet
Zercher Walks
200 feet
200 feet
200 feet

Think this will help me build some more core strength as well as carry over to my front squat?

I think that type of thing would have a lot more carry over to strongman events rather than your front squat, though it surely won't hurt.
 
i bet it will help your squat too. my problem is losing my tightness. if i lose it i wont make the lift. and i usually lose tightness walking out with the squat. this will teach you to hold the tightness while walking. good work.

Thanx FZ. There's only one road for me - The hard way.

I know if I continue to train consistantly and improvise intelligently to keep learning everyday that I have an opportunity to reach my own personal goals.

It's time to draw out some blood and see how much further I can take myself. It's all about effort in my book of life. More, More, More, All while making complete sense and staying within the confides of my goals.

In about 10 minutes I will perform my 1st day of speed bench work.
Why? BC it works.
I met some outstanding people @ Bluegrass and it gave me an opportunity to open my training perspective. I want to get stronger too! Now I will. Thank you to the warriors that have opened my eyes. I am a changed man and growing everyday.

Thanx Exodus. When it's all said and done I will be thanking all of you guys a REAL lot.

For now I am just gonna' sit back and learn. Learning and lifting, eating and reading. Eating and AR. My life :)
