Cardio Workouts?

I run everyday and was wondering what you guys and girls on board do for Cardio?


Anything out of the ordinary?

I usually do what the guys on my wrestling team refer to as a "power hour". it consists of a ten minute warm up on whatever equipment you want. then fifteen minutes each on the tredmill, recumbant bike, stepper, and eliptical. Then a ten minute cool down on the bike. it kicks ass. I usually burn over 1000 cal by doing this in one session.
