Cardio whilst using

Guys im looking at doing a very small cycle of Dianabol starting in approx 1 months time.

Could anybody answer this though, whilst taking it, I will still be hoping to do some light cardio, for a number of reasons really, but the main one is I am PT a lad who will be joining the Army soon, and it wont look good if he is beating me!

Ive read a few posts on here that state they couldnt even run whilst taking dbol, let alone do any serious cv, but ive also read others saying that is a bit of an exageration.

Anybody help?

Scott

How small is small? Sounds like yur wasting yur time and money bro

I do cardio no matter what compound I take, including dbol. So, yea you can do cardio which personally I reccomend anyway 3x a week for 20-25 min of high intensity interval training or HIIT

Sure you can, but you will need a good AI to keep estrogen under control otherwise the calf and lower back pumps will be crippling. Actually, your cardio should get better.

So to hijack, but pumps are due to excess estrogen? I didn't realize that...

Can someone elaborate on this post?? Back pumps are a sign of excessive E? Any more information on that??

Well yes and no...a bit of an oversimplification on my part.

You will get an increase in rbc from A-A-S, but for your average user it would take unusually high doses to cause any excruciating pumps on its own.

Water retention increases the volume your muscles, so there is less room to expand before becoming tense. Think of it as a water balloon, the more water you add the more "pressurized" it becomes. Now when your running, the blood vessels dilate and greatly increase the pressure, hence the crippling stiffness.

So using an AI will cut the water retention, and as long as you don't have a dangerously high RBC, which most of us don't, you will be fine.

of course there are a few other factors like electrolyte balance but that's common knowledge around here.

Damn that sounds incoherent..atleast I tried lol

so what im reading from this is i should be ok with my cardio all going well.

Cheers fellas, cant say ive touched this stuff before, wont be using it for another month as i need to get at the top of my game again
