Cardio while "on" ??

This might be a silly question, Or at least someone has asked it before. Will doing cardio detract from my gains while on sauce. I didn't do cardio my first cycle. I got good gains from it. On my next cycle I want to throw in some cardio 'cause....... I'm too fat. Can I assume it will have a negative impact on my gains.
 
I'd say do at least 40 minutes 4-5 days a week. If you're eating clean, you can eat more and have better gains and more endurance to train harder.
 
i always include cardio its got so many benefits of course too much cardio could be counterproductive just eat clean and keep your cardio intensity level moderate dont push it too much and you should be ok
