No. If it does happen, the you're prone to heart problems regardless.

As far as overall Cardiovascular health it will obviously help you but I dont know about an enlarged heart dont think steroids are too likely too give you an enlarge heart anyhow,think thats more like growth hormone.

It all depends on how hard youor doing cardio and what your heart rate is. While on cycle you want to keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone without going into the cardiovascular zone b/c you can burn off some muscle in the process. You should keep cardio very mild.
