cardio while bulkin, yes or no

i was thinking of starting to do a little cardio. propably only 30mins.. 3-4times a week... i have grown a little in the old abi dabi area and want to try to keep it in check.. i dont want to do cardio if it will make me stop gaining muscle weight.. give me your oppinions..
 
Some people like to do a little cardio just to help the heart keep up with the growth. Just do not over do it.

so how long and how many days a week should i do cardio.. just want to maybe cut some of the fat off my gut.. i have gained almost a inch.. dont want to gain anymore
 
if i were you i would start out with a 10-15 minute warm-up, then do your work out. after work out do another 10-15 minutes again. do this 3x a week. i know how it is to get a little bloated while bulking.

cardio 3 x's a week at a non-strenuous pace no matter what..
Your heart is your most important organ.. take care of it
as long as you don't go all out, you won't hinder your gains.

I personaly avoid it. I don't do it while cutting either until the last four weeks. Your diet should keep fat gains undeer control and idealy non existant. There really is no benifit in my opinion to do cardio while bulking. For me it sabatoges my gains and desomates my strength. You're training your body to do two contradictory tasks at the same time while strength training and endurance training. Kepp your diet clean and controled and fat should'nt be an issue.
 
I always do cardio 3x per week. When bulking, I just go 15 minutes. Otherwise I go 30 minutes at about 70% of my max heart rate.

You might slow gains a little bit when bulking, but IMO it is well worth it to keep your heart in good shape and stay athletic.
 
Of course, you should do cardio, if your health is of any concern for you.
As for guys who avoid it, while on bulking, let me ask you a question : " How many calories do you burn on 20min low impact, moderate speed cardio?"
