Cardio tonight.........

just got back from doing my first morning cardio session in a while. HIIT. good times. especially fun after doing deadlifts for the first time in months making me walk like a cripple!
 
Tomorrow morning I begin serious training for my 5K, tonight I may go for a bike ride though.

Right now I am just getting back into it- switch daily from the stairs to the treadmill- sprint for 30 secs, light jog for 30. Rinse and repeat until I feel like passing out.
