BOOEY Banned Aug 2, 2004 #3 Did my cardio in the morning, hitting the Incline bench tonight. I actually have better workouts for some reason when there are a lot of people in the gym as opposed to it being empty, as long as they are not using the equipment that I need

T Tom Treutlein New member Aug 2, 2004 #8 I love outdoor cardio as well. I don't have a treadmill though. If I did, I might do it inside. Fresh air is always nice. I prefer sprints, honestly. All that matters is calories burned by the end of the day.
