Cardio today?

Anyone taking this universal BENCH day off? I love taking Mondays off, too many weekend warriors in the gym............plans?
 
BENCH, BENCH, and some more BENCH this afternoon

UNFORTUNATELY...cardio, cardio, and more fucking cardio later this evening.
 
Did my cardio in the morning, hitting the Incline bench tonight. I actually have better workouts for some reason when there are a lot of people in the gym as opposed to it being empty, as long as they are not using the equipment that I need
 
What did you do for cardio? I'm thinking, spin, recumburant, or incline treadmill..........hmmmm

Keep it at 12% grade...start at 3.5 and bump the speed a notch every 4-5 minutes....last minute, crank it and sprint your balls off..........
 
I love outdoor cardio as well. I don't have a treadmill though. If I did, I might do it inside. Fresh air is always nice.

I prefer sprints, honestly. All that matters is calories burned by the end of the day.
