HS Lifter New member Jan 26, 2006 #1 I'm out of shape and trying to get back into shape. I barely ran 1 mile at 6 MPH(10 minutes) without stopping. If I run 3-4 times a week, how long would it take me to run 2 straight miles at a 9 minute pace? Im 21 BTW. Im thinking about a month?

scout69 Well-known member Jan 26, 2006 #2 Bro that all depends on you everyone will be different just kep it up everyday run throug them ramps and a couple days a week do wind sprints back an forth this will also help increase muscle as well as helping you out on your run time
