I was reading an article over at www.88days.org that claims cardio lowers your fat-burning metabolism for several hours afterwards. What I am wondering is first, if this is true, and second if it is true, to what extent. Obviously zero cardio is out of the question, and on the other side, too much cardio would obviously make you overtrained. . so how to find the level that is effective at burning fat but not detrimental to your metabolism? Has anyone else read it? I lost the exact link, but it's on the 88days.org site. It's an extremely interesting read, but I sometimes wonder about the things they claim over there. Opinions?
