Cardio, how frequent should it be?

Due to my work schedule, I can only find the time to do it Friday through Sunday, maybe one day during the week. I usually do 25-40 minutes of intervals. Does it really matter that I clump it together and then take a few days off?

Cardio can be done daily...work excuses are just that.......excuses..........

I don't have any immediate goals as far as fat loss, I'm just trying to maintain. The world is better off if don't wake up at 5:00 to run, I'm not even close to a morning person and I won't do that to my assistant. If I do it too late, I can't sleep. I does it when I can maing. I'll venture a guess that I put more time in as far as cardio goes than a good number of peeps on the board, just didn't know if how I was doing it was allright.

If you were able to, I'd say do it seven days a week for at least half an hour. No reason to be inactive. As long as you eat to make up for it (depending on your goals) you'll be just fine.

At the same time, if you can't manage cardio that often, then just fit it in whenever possible.
