cardio help while on sust/winny/clen cutting cycle

ok, i'm on the second week of my cutting cycle and feel i'm not working hard enough no my cardio. on my weight lifting i'm busting my ass off, it really makes me feel GOOD. but i need help with the cardio right now.

i'm running (steady pace) 25min empty stomach 5x a week and working OK on my diet (high proteins/low carbs). i feel i can do more. 25min on the morning is not enought, eventhough i don't feel like running more after 25min. what is the general opinion on adding more cardio PRIOR to workout and AFTER workout in the afternoon? Maybe 15min running BEFORE workout + 15 minutes AFTER workout?

my last question is: is it a good ideia to drink a cup o GREEN TEA on empty stomach before i go for my morning cardio to shed more fat?

i posted this on cardio forum and got ZERO responses on 2 days. PLEASE don't remove this from here since i'm on sust/winny/clen/eca stack. ok?

im not an expert on the topic, but im pretty sure you shouldnt be working on the diest.....it should be down!
 
First off...I'll just mention that i HATE the idea of cardio on an empty stomach. I'll just leave it at that.

Second, running for 15 minutes prior to exercise is probably a good idea anyways...you can just use it as a warm-up.

Third, why not extend that 25 minutes? Just keep upping it by a minute or two each week...or go as high as you can. The more cardio the better as far as I'm concerned...for health and weight loss.
 
its always a good idea to do warm up runs and after workout runs...keeps you nice and loose...bulldog is right..the more cardio the better..do as much as you can handle...and i tried the low carb diet while on gear...didnt work..you will not gain as much if any solid mass...you need carbs for fuel...protein alone wont cut it..i mean dont go crazy with the carbs...try 100 -150 a day...should be ok...
 
i'm a CARBO-HOLIC ... i NEED carbs everyday or else i'll faint and have head aches. I eat carbs, but try to keep them low. i eat fruits, lots o juice, a piece of bread with a cottage cheese prior to workout, veggies, and potatoes... i'm getting my carbs in, but in small amounts.

i'll start next week and see how it works.

25min empty stomach cardio in the morning
15min cardio before workout in the afternoon
15min cardio after workout in the afternoon

any more inputs?

what about the green tea?
 
yo , take ECA before morning cardio .

AND if you want to ADD another cardio session , do it after your workout . Not before it . It doesn't make any sense doing it before . Well , for warm up reasons like bulldog said , I would recomend 10 minutes max , but just to warm up , not being a cardio session . CArdio session should come AFTER your workout .

Anyway I also don't like cardio in the empty stomach . It makes me feel tired all day , I like cardio after workouts , start with 30 minutes and work your way up to 45 .

Take in BCAA , glutamine right before your cardio . ( right after you finish your weight training )

Yes...BCAA's are important, because they are the proteins that will be used as fuel during cardio. So it's key to replace them.
 
hey guys, thanks for the answers.

i'll get my hands on some BCAA.

BULLDOG - the time i used to be leaner, i got there doing morning empty stomach cardio. i realy don't know if it works better, but it worked for me. eventhough it also has worked doing it after workout. since i have spare time in hand, i'll keep my empty stomach morning cardio as i see many say it works better (and it has worked good for me in the past) and add 10min warm-up before workout + 20min cardio post workout.

hope this works better.

by the way, i'm going 2 weeks on clen, 2 weeks on eca like stack, and so on. together i'm running sust + winny. hope to have better results from now on!

if there are any more inputs, i'll love to hear!
 
Keep Doing the morning cardio, drink anything that doesn't have calories prior to cardio...swallow about 6grams BCAA's 1/2 hour before the session, then you can take about 4grams again post cardio, don't eat for about an hour afterwards too, during cardio do 70-75% of your max heart rate, that isn't as bad as running for 25min. You burn fat only this way too, 30, 40, 50, 60 minutes is what you should eventually build up to about 8-10 weeks into it.
 
Cardio on an empty stomach shouldn't be part of ANY bodybuilder's playbook. Just my opinion. You're not gonna burn more fat that way.
