Cardio Hat

I have had to start running at night for cardio and I found this hat www.bosshead-lite.com I like the idea for safety, but I have never run with a hat on before. Does it hold in too much heat?

something like that seems a lot more practical than a hat. you'd probably sweat your ass off even more with a hat on.

I suggest a combination. A HUGE MagLight flashlight that doubles as a nightstick.
