hey guys, I'm an avid rugby player and in the last few off seasons I've been only concerned with putting on weight... well now im really happy with my build, but it came at the expense of my endurance/stamina, which is brutal.
What do you think is the best way to get my CV system is good shape? I was always thin and used to race bikes XC but now thats all changed. I don't give a damn about losing fat (im at about 8% now so...) but idealy i don't want to lose too much weight.
right now it takes me just under an hour (~55min) to run 4 miles, which certainly doesnt cut it.
